Privacy
This site doesn't use cookies, ads or analytics, and it never asks for your name or email. The only thing it keeps from your visit is what's in your shopping bag, and that stays in your own browser.
What's collected, and by whom
- Your bag. Anything you add to the bag in the store is saved in your browser's local storage, so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us. Empty the bag, or clear this site's data in your browser, to remove it.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify handles your IP address, browser details and the pages you ask for, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Fonts. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. Google's privacy policy covers what it does with them.
- Instagram numbers. The post and follower counts in the footer are fetched once a day by the site's server, about Albert's own public Instagram account. Nothing about you is involved.
If you buy something
The store isn't taking orders yet. When it does, payment will happen on Stripe's secure checkout, so your card details go to Stripe and never to us. We'll receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered, and use them only to make, ship and support your order. They're shared with the print shop that makes it and the carrier that delivers it, for that purpose only, and kept as long as we need them for order and tax records.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your personal information, show you targeted ads, or track you across other sites. Because nothing here tracks you, a browser's Do Not Track setting doesn't change anything on this site.
Other sites, and children
Links to Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Sketchfab and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
To ask what we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, message @albert_visualstudio on Instagram. We'll delete anything we aren't required to keep for order or tax records. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
Terms of use
ALBERT/300ZX is Albert's personal site about his 1993 Nissan 300ZX. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
You're welcome to look around, share links and take screenshots for your own non-commercial use. Please don't copy, republish or sell the photos, videos, 3D scenes or designs, or use them to train AI models, without asking first. And please don't try to break or overload the site.
Who owns what
The photos, videos, merch designs and the site itself belong to Albert. Some of the 3D models are built on other artists' work, used under the licences listed in Credits. Those parts stay under their own licences.
Brands
This is an independent owner's site. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nissan or any other company named on it. Nissan, 300ZX and Fairlady Z are trademarks of Nissan. The other brand names on the site, including GM, Holley, NOS, Magnaflow, Tein, Avid.1, R1 Concepts, Evil Energy, Instagram, YouTube and Threads, belong to their owners. They're named only to describe the car and its parts, and to show where to find Albert online.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and the car's specs are described as best we know them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or the sites it links to. For anything you buy, our liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when. For questions, message @albert_visualstudio on Instagram.
Shipping & returns
The store is a preview for now. Nothing can be bought yet, and the products, designs and prices shown are examples that may change before the first drop. Once it opens, these terms apply to every order.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment goes through. If we can't fill it (a size sells out, or a price was shown wrong), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Every item is printed to order, so it takes a few days to make before it ships. If we can't ship your order within 30 days of payment, we'll let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund. Once it's on its way, the carrier's delivery estimate applies. If a package goes missing, message us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
Returns and refunds
Because each item is made for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size before you order. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, message @albert_visualstudio on Instagram within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to enjoy the car. The site is built to work with a keyboard and screen readers, and when your device asks for reduced motion, the camera moves and animations are toned down. The 3D scenes are there for looks: the car's details are also in the text and the specs list. If anything gets in your way, message @albert_visualstudio on Instagram and we'll fix it, or get you the information another way.
